This is due to the changing demands of the consumers whose connectivity through online platforms like social media and other transactional platforms keeps on increasing by leaps and bounds, day in day out.
Organizations, start-ups and businesses who are swimming in the red ocean of competition can attest to this, and the recent Covid 19 pandemic has manisfested that survival and growth of the businesses and organization is only through migration of their products and services into the digital space – that is, digital transformation.
However, digital transformation is quite a challenging practice; it requires disciplined approach and collaboration between humans and (digital) technology. Remaketse Monyake
Founder and Managing Director
Our team is currently comprised of only the founder and managing director, Mr Remaketse Monyake, who is also the professional for the company services under offer. He is a seasoned digital transformation expert and a lean agile practioner with 8 years experience in financial services sector; he was employed by Standard Lesotho Bank – from 2014 to 2023 - where he hold various roles viz:
- Payments, Pricing Systems and Digital Platforms Administration.
- Agile and Digital Platforms Project and Product Management.
- Digital Transformation Customer Journeys.
- Digital and e-Commerce management
He holds the following academic credentials:
- BEng Computer System and Networks from National University of Lesotho (2008-2013)
- MBA from Edinburgh Business School (2018-2021)
- Currently pursuing MSc Digital Leadership in Edinburgh Business School where he has successfully completed the following 4 of 9 modules:
